The terms and conditions for events at the Hotel-Restaurant Schloss Gabelhofen you are explicitly recognized as part of the contract.
1. Warranty of persons participating
For fixed reserved events specified in the confirmation number of people is a guaranteed minimum number that will be charged. From this guaranteed minimum number of operators to 4 weeks before the event can cancel up to 10%.
2. Cancellation fee for fixed-reserved events
Booking from 15%
from 4 to 6 weeks before the event 35% of the expected total revenue
from 4 weeks to 2 weeks before the event date 50% of the expected total revenue
from 2 weeks to 4 days before the event 75% of the expected total revenue
from 3 working days until the day of the event 100% of the expected total revenue
Our prices are inclusive of all taxes, levies and service charge. A current list price room you receive from us upon request. Our room rates are all-season prices and can vary during major events.
Reduction of the reserved rooms and participants at the dinner:
Reduction of 4 weeks prior to arrival: 20% up to fix the time booked services are free
Are free to fix 10% of the booked services at this time: Reduction 4-2 weeks before arrival
Reduction from 2 weeks prior to arrival: 5% up to that point fixed services booked are free
For valuables, cash, clothes, musical instruments, etc., that are brought by those attending the event will only be taken on a liability where the goods were handed over to the dressing room for storage.
5. The organizer outside food and beverages
No unauthorized food and beverages for consumption are brought into the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to ask for outside food and beverages to an equivalent fee in the bill or reject it.
The organizer is obliged to make the hotel to the approval of any installation of decorations or other objects to obtain his release and consent. The meeting rooms must not be damaged, the decoration must conform to the style of the house. The installation must be carried out by skilled personnel and ensure that all fire regulations are observed. The initial state must be restored or will be provided on use of foreign firms into account.
7. Rental Fees
Agreed Rental Fees apply only to the provision of premises and furniture, as far as the hotel. Technical equipment and its energy requirements are not included.
For damage caused by guests, employees or agents of the organizer, the organizer is liable. The hotel may require the operator of the completion of appropriate insurance.
9. Music / AKM
We ask for the case of artistic performances during your event the necessary notifications to the competent authority (under www.akm.co.at AKM) to bring a timely manner. The cost of the official registration helps the organizer.
10. Termination by the hotel
The hotel has the right to cancel at any time without notice for any reason the contract, if the event threatens the smooth operation, the reputation and security of the house are at risk and in cases of force majeure. The organizer is entitled under any circumstances to assert claims for damages.
