    Business conditons
    As a guest of our house you explicitly recognize the Terms and Conditions of Business for any sort of arrangement at the Hotel - Restaurant Schloss Gabelhofen as part of the contract.

    1) Cancellation policy for rooms
    Any cancellations have to be made in written form. The contract partner has the possibility to cancel without cancellation fees as follows:

    a) after confirmation of the reservation there is no possibility to cancel the whole amount of booked rooms without cancellation fee.
    b) within two month prior arrival, 20 % of the amount of booked rooms can be cancelled without cancellation fee.
    c) within one month prior arrival, 10 % of the amount of booked rooms can be cancelled without cancellation fee.
    d) within two weeks prior arrival, 05 % of the amount of booked rooms can be cancelled without cancellation fee.
     
    All cancellations, after the above mentioned dates will be charged with 100 % of the room rate for the whole duration of stay. 
     
    2) Guaranteed number of food & beverage achievements
    The guaranteed number for the daily delegate rates as well as for all meals must be announced two weeks before arrival at the latest. A free reduction of the guaranteed number can be considered prior 3 days prior to arrival by a maximum of 10 %. All reductions over this amount will be charged with 100 %.

    3) Rates
    Our rates include service and all taxes. Our room prices himself are whole annual prices subject to events like Airpower, DTM, Formular 1, . . . . . . 


    4) Valuables
    At any occasion we consider ourselves to be discharged from all liabilities for valuables, cash, clothes, musical instruments etc. unless they are entrusted to one of our employees` custody at the cloakroom.

    5) Food and beverages
    Food and beverages from outside our premises must be approved by our management. In case of approval, any of these external foods and beverages may be subject to equivalent refunding.

    6) Decoration
    Organizers are obliged to consult the management concerning any sort of decoration etc. which they intend to install. The meeting rooms must not be damaged and the decoration is supposed to match the style of the castle´s interior. It must be set up by trained personnel corresponding to all authoritative regulations. Immediately after the meeting the rooms must be restored to their original state. Professional help may be charged by the management.

    7) Room rates
    Agreed room rates refer exclusively to rooms and furniture as far as available at the hotel. Technical gear and its energy costs are not included.

    8) Liabilities
    The organizer will be held liable for any damage caused by guests, members of his staff or any of his commissioners. The organiser may be asked to effect an appropriate insurance on behalf of the hotel.

    9) Musical performance
    We ask you to register any kind of musical performance with the respective authorities and to produce the affirmed applications one week prior to the meeting. We appeal to your comprehension concerning the hotel management´s legal liabilities to observe all official regulations. All charges for authoritative registration are accounted to the debit of the organizer.

    10. Annulment of agreement by the hotel
    The hotel is authorised to cancel the agreement anytime without stating a reason, if the event puts a risk to the smooth service or to the reputation and security of the hotel and also in cace of force majeure. The organiser ist in no case authorised for an assertion of special damages.
